The aim of this Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop is to leave you with the tools and experience to go forth and implement or tweak your own Wim Hof practice with confidence. You’ll be given the scientific and psychological grounding and understanding of the Method. You'll then be guided into a breath work and icebath experience that will anchor that knowledge into your body. True knowing is only through experience. And what an experience!
Imagine how grounded you will feel after a group breath work session where you can fully let go and explore the breath in a focussed and supportive environment. Most people are surprised by the connection to presence and peace the breath brings to the mind and body.
Imagine the power you will have coursing through your body after a guided icebath experience, capable of taking on the world! Most people have never felt so alive and ‘in’ their body as they do after an icebath.

An understanding of the benefits of the Wim Hof Method
How the cold, in particular the icebaths, work on our physiology
How the breath work effects our physiology
How to do the Wim Hof Method breath work
How to prepare our mind for an icebath and take care of ourselves afterwards
Mindset and more spiritual aspects of the Method

Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, if you are epileptic or have bi-polar or schizophrenia. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method and contact James. 18+ years old only.
